Job Description We are seeking for an Open Shift Platform Engineer in Mexico City or Guadalajara, Jalisco
You will be responsible for building, operating, and optimizing Red Hat Open Shift environments that support enterprise‑grade containerized applications.
Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain Open Shift clusters across on‑premise or cloud environments. Implement and manage cluster upgrades, patches, and lifecycle operations .
Develop automation using Ansible, Git Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (Bash, Python). Monitor and optimize cluster performance, resource utilization, and application workloads . Configure and manage Open Shift Operators, networking, storage, and ingress controllers . Ensure platform security, compliance, RBAC policies, and vulnerability remediation . Support development teams with application onboarding , troubleshooting, and best practices. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to maintain platform reliability. Create and maintain technical documentation , runbooks, and operational procedures. Provide incident response , root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
