In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Prepare and file federal, state, local, property, sales, and other tax returns and related reports accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory filing requirements. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization. Review business initiatives, transactions, and proposals to identify tax implications and recommend appropriate actions. Support tax planning strategies aimed at optimizing the company's tax position while maintaining compliance. Assist with tax audits, inquiries, and examinations by tax authorities. Prepare tax-related reconciliations, analyses, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business teams on tax-related matters. Support due diligence and tax analysis activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in accordance with company policies. Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. Relevant experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or tax compliance. Knowledge of federal, state, local, indirect, and/or property tax regulations. Experience preparing tax returns and supporting schedules. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. English proficiency sufficient to work in a general business
