Job Description Website & Digital Marketing Website Strategy & Guest Journey Own Etéreo’s website content strategy, copy, imagery and positioning, ensuring the resort’s distinctive value proposition is clearly and consistently communicated. Lead ongoing updates across accommodations, culinary, wellbeing, experiences, weddings, offers and events, keeping content accurate, current and aligned with brand standards. Review and improve the digital guest journey across mobile and desktop, including navigation, content structure, calls to action and the path to booking. Regularly audit the booking engine for accuracy, usability, offer consistency and booking friction, coordinating improvements with Revenue Management, Home Office and digital partners. Develop and optimize dedicated landing pages for commercial campaigns, seasonal programming, signature experiences, partnerships and priority business segments. Lead search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) content initiatives with Home Office teams and agencies.



Strengthen visibility and accurate brand representation across search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, including large language models (LLMs), through clear property information, FAQs, destination content and experience descriptions. Monitor website engagement, traffic sources and booking behavior, translating insights into recommendations that improve the guest journey and support direct bookings. Paid Media & Integrated Campaigns Serve as the primary contact for the paid digital marketing agency, ensuring strategies, budgets and campaign execution align with Etéreo’s marketing goals and commercial priorities. Lead the planning and coordination of paid media, paid social, organic social and email campaigns based on seasonality, demand, need periods, priority markets and offers.
