MAIN GOAL:
Managing type related operational equipment for the manufacturing of plastic (injection molding tools) in compliance with the valid process and work instructions within the scope of customer projects.
TASKS: Monitoring and ensuring the project due date according to the order to suppliers. Control the progress of tool manufacture and accompany external Tryouts. Organize and moderate appointments with the tool suppliers. Handling change according to change process and the associated checking and approval of tool data. Systematic and technical support on problem solution within the scope of tool/process and plastic part release process.



Review and approval of tool data. Procurement of pre-production parts according to process instructions. Monitoring and continuous updating of the dates in the planning system. Reporting the project progress and updating the planning in the planning system. Start of Team Center workflows to generate measurement reports. Starting Team Center workflows to request tool data. Prompt notification of delays in critical deadlines. Be the interface between production and development areas and tool suppliers. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS? University degree (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastic engineering). 8 years of professional experience in similar areas (tool management, construction, etc.) is an advantage. Knowledge of English - level B2. Knowledge of 3 D programs is an advantage. Profound knowledge on setup and function of plastics tools. Good knowledge of the injection molding process and plastics
