Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager the Process Engineer will support manufacturing operations by assisting in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of production processes focused on quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.
Typical day Support manufacturing processes for PCB assemblies, electronic systems, and electromechanical products. Define, implement, and monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and manufacturability. Troubleshoot process-related issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.



Support daily production activities and provide timely solutions to manufacturing problems. Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures. Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), process validations, and new product introductions (NPI). Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cycle time, and productivity. Perform data collection and analysis to identify process improvement opportunities. Support equipment setup, qualification, maintenance coordination, and process optimization. Work closely with Production, Quality, Test, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Assist in training operators and technicians on new processes and manufacturing procedures. Support implementation of statistical process control methodologies.
