Key responsibilities in your new role Serve as the primary contact for business contract inquiries before and after agreements are signed Manage contract projects with customers, distributors and partners worldwide Develop negotiation strategies with cross-functional teams and lead contract negotiations and customer meetings Advise business and sales teams on negotiation progress and contract matters Identify, assess and communicate contract risks with relevant internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle Your profile You communicate clearly, bring different perspectives together and work toward practical solutions in complex discussions
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Mandatory: Knowledge of contract management and relevant education or experience in economics, project management or a related field Mandatory: Ability to lead contract negotiations and work toward agreements with diverse stakeholders Mandat
