We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and solid organizational capabilities to drive a large-scale platform modernization initiative.
The primary objective is to support the migration of a legacy platform built on PHP/Yii 1 to a modern architecture based on Node.js and React.
This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, client collaboration, and delivery coordination. The idóneo candidate should be comfortable working directly with the client, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks, managing the development backlog, and ensuring consistent progress across engineering activities.
This role has a stronger focus on technical coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution, while maintaining active involvement in development.
The Platform Modernization project is focused on transforming a legacy platform into a modern solution built with Node.js and React. You will help analyze the current system, support migration planning,



and contribute to delivery execution across technical and business streams.
