Finance plays a strategic role in business decision-making , providing exposure to plant leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior leaders across the organization. Descripción Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to plant leadership and manufacturing operations . Own the financial performance of the site , including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Translate financial data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Partner with Operations to identify productivity improvements, cost-saving initiatives , and efficiency opportunities.



Challenge and influence decision-making through financial analysis and business acumen. Lead monthly financial reviews, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate with shared services and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Support strategic planning, capital investment analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. Ensure strong financial controls and governance processes. Lead and develop a small finance team. Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. 6-10 years of progressive Finance experience within manufacturing environments .
