About the Role At Essity, we break barriers to well-being. We are looking for an IT On-Site Team Leader LATAM to lead our regional on-site support organization and ensure reliable, efficient, and user-focused IT services across Latin America.
In this role, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence, and technical expertise to support Essity's manufacturing sites and offices while driving alignment with global IT strategies and standards
This position is part of an international global team and will support the delivery of GSC IT On Site services to our manufacturing sites and distribution centres in different countries in Latin America Region and different business areas.
What You Will Do Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of On-Site IT Support professionals across LATAM. Ensure compliance with SLAs, incident resolution targets, and service delivery standards. Oversee IT infrastructure support activities, including end-user services, hardware, connectivity, and network-related issues. Partner with site leadership, business stakeholders,



and global IT teams to address operational needs and drive continuous improvement. Support the implementation of global IT initiatives, processes, and governance standards. Participate in the resolution of critical incidents and complex technical issues when required. Coordinate on-call support activities and ensure business continuity across locations. Travel occasionally to regional sites and integral meetings as needed. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience leading technical or IT support teams. Experience supporting IT operations within manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of infrastructure, end-user support, workplace technologies, and IT service management.
