What you'll be responsible for Oversee and execute end-to-end weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles for all blue-collar personnel across plant and distribution operations. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Mexican labor laws, collective bargaining agreements (CBA), overtime calculations, attendance tracking, and statutory obligations (IMSS, Infonavit, FNT, ISR).
