We are seeking a strategic professional with PMI and Scrum certifications, the ability to oversee software projects built on Java, Angular, and Kafka, and a strong focus on project management and key negotiations.
Key Responsibilities & Challenges: Management & Strategy: Oversee the execution of robust software development projects using the Java + Angular + Kafka stack. Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, managing expectations, negotiations, and key deliverables. Government & Bidding: Leverage your experience in negotiation processes, proposals, or government bidding/tenders. Frameworks & Best Practices:



Ensure project delivery standards by combining PMI guidelines and Scrum agile methodologies. Preferred Qualifications & Background: Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service, stakeholder management, and active negotiations. Technical Stack: Fullstack background or hands‑on experience managing projects with Java, Angular, and Kafka. Certifications: Preferably certified in PMI (PMP / CAPM) and Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Public Sector: Experience in negotiations, tenders, or bids with Government entities is a major plus.
