Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated final-year students to join our Accounts Payable team in Guadalajara. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global finance operations environment. As an intern at Genpact, you will work on real processes that impact our business, build practical accounts payable skills,



and prepare for a potential full-time career after graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts and flag discrepancies
- Support vendor statement reviews and account reconciliations
- Respond to internal and supplier inquiries on payment status
- Organize and maintain accounting documentation and files
- Support month-end close activities and reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement activities

QualificationsFinal-year bachelor’s student with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or January 2027 in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting terminology and how it applies in the workplace. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
