Where is the work?Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues in Naucalpan, Estado de Mexico. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
What you will do:
- Partner with key stakeholders to schedule interviews for candidates by providing comprehensive support throughout the process, including interview scheduling and logistics,



travel and expense coordination, and overall guidance for candidates.
- Cultivate a partnership-centric approach to the candidate experience, fostering strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to accurately evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
- Proactively coach and guide stakeholders in complying with standard work processes, promoting inclusion, and continuously improving the experience.
- Streamline the talent acquisition lifecycle by administering Americas requisition assignments and executing general employee referral tasks.
- Optimize employee support by managing incoming cases in ServiceNow, ensuring rapid resolution and high system data integr
