About the RoleIn this role, you will help deliver consistent, technology-enabled employee experiences as part of a regional people partnership team. You will provide specialist people support to assigned client groups, business units, functions, and geographies while contributing to broader people activities across the region. Working with regional people leadership, business leaders, specialist teams, and people solutions colleagues, you will help address complex people matters and support leaders through key people processes. You will play a key role in enabling consistent practices, effective collaboration, and appropriate escalation when regional or specialist support is needed. Your work will contribute to improved service quality, greater standardization, stronger employee experiences, and adoption of the regional people delivery model.

How You Will Contribute
