Confie is seeking a Workforce Management Planner/Scheduler to analyze historical call patterns, forecast volumes, and optimize staffing to sustain service levels. You will develop schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver daily and LT/ST performance reports.

We require prior WFM experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau. Applicants must reside in Mexico City or Tijuana to be considered.

Knowledge of scheduling systems is a plus.
