Requirements• Required – Technical Skills• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams as an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar role.
• Experience with test automation using Java, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.Experience testing event-driven middleware systems — MQ (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka)Balanced expertise in Java and REST Assured (equally important for this team).
API and Message Queue testing experience.Leadership and communication skills.Onshore-offshore coordination and stakeholder interaction.Automation strategy and project ownership.Nice to Have (Technical Skills)• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.




• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or performance testing tools.
