Company Description:Automotive manufacturing company dedicated to operational excellence, top-tier product quality, and international compliance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, Quality, or related field.2-5 years of experience in customer quality or manufacturing.Strong knowledge of 8D & Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
Knowledge of ISO **** (IATF ***** / Automotive experience is a plus).
Medium - Advanced English proficiency.Valid U.S. Visa is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions.Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Scorecards).
