Knowledge of electronic componentsKnowledge of usage of all Inspection instrument like VC, PP, VMM, CMM, Hardness Tester etcManagement of not conforming parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and coordinate the further action (eg. Rework,



sorting etc.)Responsible to manage quarantine area of purchase parts.Create/close FS notification against suppliers incase of logistic claim.Plan and conduct the revalidation of all Purchase partsAble to read and understand product drawings and specifications, test methodsExperience of Problem solving through different quality tools like 8D etc.Understanding to implement PFMEA, Control PlanShould have good knowledge of PPAP & have hand on experience on the process.Should have good computer & English communication skillAble to implement Change Management effectivelyShould have experience of handling team with 8 & more membersShould have minimum 8 years' experience & at least 6 years in Quality DomainYOUR QUALIFICATIONSGraduate in Electronics/Mechanical (BE/ B Tech)Min 2 years, max- 3 years (Incoming Inspection in Automotive industry)Experience of Improvement Projects like Kaizens.
