No evenings, no weekends.About the RoleYou'll lead a team of bilingual sales agents selling same-day-funded loans to U.S. applicants.
Reporting to the New Business Manager, you'll own the day-to-day performance of the sales floor: speed to contact, conversion, funding quality, and agent development.This is a leadership role, not a senior agent role.
