## Job Summary**Job Summary**To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Nurse** located in **Juarez Site** **What a typical day looks like:*** Provide initial assessment, treatment, and referral for occupational injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely escalation when required.
* Support and participate in industrial accident and near-miss investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
* Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
* Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services.
* Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.




* Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety and Human Resources to develop and implement occupational health programs by providing subject-matter expertise.
* Ensure accurate, timely, and individual incident reporting, with zero tolerance for under-reporting or consolidation of cases.
* Complete and manage **IMSS-related documentation and forms** in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Manage and follow up on **occupational risk and workers' compensation cases**, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
* Prepare, submit, and monitor **ST-7 forms** related to workplace injuries and occupational incidents.
* Oversee the administration and follow-up of **general illness cases, medical leaves, and employee health records**.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience working as an Industrial Nurse.
