Hoop Stars is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth. You will divide time between running Hoop Stars and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands, with LATAM remote work and Toronto hours.

You should be adept at turning ads into customers, improving conversion, increasing repeat purchases and delivering a strong customer experience. Equity may be offered under terms.
