¡Estamos contratando! | IT Service Manager En Prudential México buscamos un(a) IT Service Manager que lidere la gestión de servicios de TI, garantizando la continuidad operativa, la calidad del servicio y la correcta ejecución de procesos tecnológicos que soportan al negocio. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Administrar y coordinar los procesos de operación de TI, asegurando la disponibilidad de la infraestructura tecnológica, la gestión eficiente de incidentes, cambios y mantenimientos, así como la entrega de servicios alineados con los estándares del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

- Gestionar la infraestructura tecnológica, sistemas operativos, software y dispositivos para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento y ciclo de vida.
- Coordinar actividades relacionadas con la operación de TI, incluyendo mantenimientos programados, gestión de incidentes y continuidad de servicios.
- Desarrollar y monitorear KPI's y métricas de desempeño para evaluar la calidad y eficiencia de los servicios internos y de proveedores.
- Liderar pruebas de aplicaciones e infraestructura en ambientes no productivos para garantizar implementaciones exitosas.
- Definir, documentar y mejorar procesos de TI bajo mejores prácticas de gestión de servicios.
- Colaborar con equipos de Desarrollo, Arquitectura, Infraestructura y áreas de negocio para asegurar una operación estable y eficiente.

Perfil que buscamos

- Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería en Tecnologías Digitales, Administración de TI o afín.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en Administración de Servicios de TI.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y entornos del sector financiero.
- Conocimiento de ITIL, ISO, PMO, Service Management Office (SMO) y mejores prácticas de operación tecnológica.
- Experiencia en testing y validación de aplicaciones.
- Inglés avanzado para interacción continua con equipos corporativos globales.
