Remote Position | ABA / Behavioral Healthcare

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Interview Specialist to conduct high-volume, structured interviews for an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company.

Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or healthcare recruiting is strongly preferred. Candidates with exceptional interviewing experience in other industries will also be considered.

About the Role

This is not a traditional recruiting or sourcing position. Your primary responsibility is conducting back-to-back candidate interviews, approximately every 15 minutes, following a clearly defined interview process.

You will receive full training, including standardized questionnaires, interview scripts, evaluation criteria, required outcomes, and checklists. All interviews are recorded for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct professional, structured interviews approximately every 15 minutes.
- Follow standardized questionnaires and checklists without missing required questions.
- Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, communication, experience, availability, and overall suitability.
- Ask relevant follow-up questions and identify potential concerns.
- Accurately document responses, evaluations, and interview outcomes.
- Maintain organized candidate records using CRM/ATS systems.
- Manage multiple interviews, schedules, follow-ups, and candidate statuses without losing track of details.
- Communicate interview results and updates to the recruiting team.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional interviewing, recruiting,



or candidate screening experience.
- Strong preference for ABA industry knowledge, including familiarity with RBTs, BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and ABA services.
- Excellent English communication and professional interviewing skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume, back-to-back interviews efficiently.
- Strong CRM/ATS proficiency, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accurate documentation, and process compliance.
- Ability to follow structured procedures while maintaining natural, engaging conversations.
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and professional remote-work setup.

Important

We are looking for an experienced interviewer, not simply a recruiter.

You must be comfortable conducting continuous interviews, following detailed procedures, evaluating candidates consistently, and maintaining accurate records throughout a fast-paced workday.

ABA experience is a significant advantage, but exceptional interviewing skills, organization, and the ability to quickly learn ABA terminology and requirements are essential.

I intentionally made three things very clear: ABA experience is a major advantage, not mandatory; this is an interviewing position, not candidate sourcing; and the person must be extremely organized and comfortable with continuous interviews.

I also emphasized that the company provides full training and a standardized process, so qualified interviewers without ABA experience won’t automatically rule themselves out.

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 la hora
