Overview

We’re hiring a high-performing appointment setter to run outbound calls to business owners in the United States and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a full-time, performance-driven role for someone with a proven outbound track record.

Responsibilities

Run 400+ outbound calls per day through a power dialer

Qualify business owners and schedule Zoom meetings for the sales team

Keep accurate call records and notes in the CRM

Hit daily activity and booking targets

Requirements

Fluent, professional English with a neutral accent

1+ year of outbound experience on US campaigns, with measurable results

Track record in a high-volume calling environment

Reliable computer,



noise-cancelling headset and high-speed internet

Full-time availability during US Eastern business hours

Compensation

$22,000 – $40,000 MXN per month, based on experience

Performance-based raises

Fully remote
