Job Description
We are seeking motivated final-year students to join our Accounts Payable team in Guadalajara. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, general finance operations environment. As an intern at Genpact, you will work on real processes that impact our business, build practical accounts payable skills,



and prepare for a potential full-time career after graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and record vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts and flag discrepancies
- Support vendor statement reviews and account reconciliations
- Respond to internal and supplier inquiries on payment status
- Organize and maintain accounting documentation and files
- Support month-end close activities and reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement activities

Qualifications
Final-year bachelor’s student with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or January 2027 in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting terminology and how it applies in the workplace. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
