We are seeking a detail-oriented Import–Export Supervisor to support daily IMMEX import/export operations within an electronics manufacturing environment focused on televisions and monitors.
This role is a critical execution position, adecuado for professionals ready to step up from coordination to leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Execute daily import and export transactions under the IMMEX program.
- Prepare and validate customs documentation and tariff classifications.
- Ensure compliance with NOMs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses.
- Track shipments and resolve customs incidents or delays.
- Support audits and maintain accurate IMMEX inventory controls.
- Escalate risks and issues to management in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in import/export or IMMEX operations.
- Electronics industry exposure preferred (TVs, monitors, components).
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Growth mindset with interest in advancing to a Manager role.
