AAACESA IS HIRING: AIR CARGO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER! Do you have commercial experience in air cargo airlines or bonded warehouse operations and a strong background in sales and business development? AAACESA Bonded Warehouses is looking for a strategic and results-driven New Business Development Manager to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, acquire key accounts, and drive revenue growth within the air cargo, customs logistics, and bonded warehousing sectors. Position Objective Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities to increase AAACESA's revenue through air cargo, transit operations, import cargo, bonded warehousing, and external warehouse services. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies to acquire new customers and generate revenue. Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and strategic agreements with cargo airlines, charter operators, logistics companies, and key accounts. Identify business opportunities across air cargo, ground transit, maritime cargo, and international trade logistics. Develop sales plans, manage the sales pipeline, and drive the achievement of revenue targets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and growth potential. Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and business partners.



Lead commercial negotiations and participate in tenders, industry events, and business development initiatives. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Mandatory industry experience: Proven sales and business development experience within air cargo airlines or bonded warehouse operations. At least 5 years of experience in a coordination, supervisory, management, or senior leadership role, preferably leading sales and customer service teams. Knowledge of customs operations, airport operations, cargo airlines, freight consolidators, and cargo logistics. Proven experience in prospecting, contract negotiations, strategic account development, and revenue target achievement. Knowledge of cold-chain cargo, transit operations, customs ports, and CEIV Pharma certification is a plus. Advanced English and fluent Spanish, with the ability to conduct business negotiations and deliver commercial presentations in both languages. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
