Summary
Support and improvement of the manufacturing processes, establish process controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations to solve problems in the manufacturing processes.
- Prevention of problems utilizing statistical analysis.
- 8D’s, root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation.
- Core tools implementation (PF, PFMEA, PCP, etc)
- Line/ Cell time balance to improve efficiency.
- Responsible of operation procedures and statistical control.
- Establish projects to improve yield and efficiency.
- Close communication with product design, vendors and internal departments.
- Layout changes to improve process/ release space for other products.
- Improvements projects, participation in product transfers.
- Achieve established department KPI’s.

Assure that the process has the expected outputs
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, electronics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a process engineer.
- English proficiency at a level of 85% (written and verbal).
- ERPs knowledge preferable SAP.
- Six Sigma green belt (preferable).
- Communication Skills
