About the Opportunity

Staffilocity is hiring an experienced Bilingual California Lemon Law Litigation Paralegal to support a U.S.-based law firm specializing in California Lemon Law litigation.

We welcome qualified applicants from ALL countries throughout Latin America (LATAM). There are no country-specific preferences or restrictions within LATAM.

We are seeking a litigation-ready professional who can independently draft substantive legal documents, manage active litigation matters, maintain court calendars, and provide high-level support to U.S. attorneys.

This position requires professional fluency in BOTH English and Spanish. Applicants must be able to communicate, read, and write confidently in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently draft complaints, case management statements, motions, oppositions, replies, declarations, notices, and other litigation pleadings.
- Support active California civil litigation matters beyond the pre-litigation stage.
- Manage court calendars, hearing dates, litigation deadlines, and docket responsibilities.
- Prepare discovery requests, responses, and litigation-related documents.
- Coordinate electronic court filings, service of process, depositions, and attorney communications.
- Verify court dates, procedural requirements, and accuracy of litigation documents.
- Assist with trial preparation, arbitration, and other litigation proceedings.
- Maintain accurate case records and proactively communicate case developments to assigned attorneys.

Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in a Latin American country. All LATAM countries are eligible.
- Fluent English AND Spanish — written and spoken.



Both languages are mandatory.
- Previous experience supporting active litigation at a U.S. law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to independently draft substantive litigation documents.
- Experience managing court calendars, deadlines, and active litigation dockets.
- Strong understanding of U.S. civil litigation procedures.
- Excellent legal drafting, proofreading, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time business hours.

- California Lemon Law litigation.
- California civil litigation and court filing procedures.
- Federal Court litigation.
- Arbitration proceedings.
- Trial preparation and trial-related drafting.
- Advanced motion practice, including oppositions and replies.
- Filevine, Clio, or similar legal case-management software.
