Tax Relief – Customer Service Representative

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Every other Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Base Pay

$291.50 USD per week

Review Bonus Program

Agents can earn additional monthly bonuses by encouraging satisfied customers to leave verified 5-star reviews that include the agent's name. All reviews must meet quality and compliance standards.

Bonus Payment

Bonuses are paid monthly

Eligibility Requirements

Must remain in good standing

Must meet performance expectations and SLAs

Must follow all company policies and procedures

This role provides stable weekly income with additional earning opportunities based on customer satisfaction and overall performance.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish

Typing speed of 30+ WPM

Excellent information retention

Strong communication skills

Professional attitude and reliability

Call center experience (not required)
