Job Overview

Our client is looking for a fast-paced, high-energy Bilingual Outbound Appointment Setter to contact new and existing leads, start productive conversations, qualify interest, and schedule appointments. The goal is to create a responsive, professional experience for every lead while moving qualified homeowners toward a confirmed appointment. The candidate must be confident on the phone, comfortable using technology, and able to keep leads engaged through calls, text messages, and email.

Schedule

- Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Prepare to make 100-200 outbound calls each day to new, active, and follow-up leads.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and continue follow-up by phone, text, and email.
- Write clear, engaging messages that feel personal, answer common questions, and encourage the lead to take the next step.
- Ask effective qualifying questions and gather the information needed to schedule the right appointment.
- Book appointments accurately, confirm the date and time, and set clear expectations for the visit.
- Follow up on missed calls, unanswered messages, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy tone while staying professional and respectful.
- Use the company customer relationship management (CRM) system, dialer, email, texting tools, and calendar confidently.
- Record every call, message, lead update, and appointment accurately.
- Move efficiently between systems while keeping conversations organized.
- Adapt wording to the lead's situation rather than relying only on generic copy.

Requirements





- Bilingual Spanish and English fluency is required, with the ability to speak and write professionally in both languages.
- High-energy, outgoing personality and a confident phone presence.
- Comfort handling a high volume of conversations and repeated follow-up every day.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, customer relationship management systems, dialers, calendars, email, and texting platforms.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, grammar, spelling, and message-writing skills.
- Organized, dependable, persistent, coachable, and attentive to detail.
- Professional when handling questions, objections, rejection, and changing priorities.
- Preferred: Knowledge or experience in home improvement - including roofing, windows, plumbing, or related services - is strongly preferred.
