We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to support the development, execution, and optimization of brand initiatives that drive sustainable business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple functions, helping to strengthen brand positioning, improve consumer experiences, and deliver effective marketing programs that achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and category performance to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including sales, market share, distribution, profitability, and other business metrics.
- Coordinate product launches, relaunches, and marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking investment effectiveness.
- Support innovation and portfolio management projects from concept development through market implementation.
- Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
- Ensure excellent execution across consumer, customer, retail, and digital channels.




- Coordinate and monitor integrated marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop presentations, sales materials, launch toolkits, and internal communication resources.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all customer and consumer touchpoints.
- Support forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis through business reporting and data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, Consumer Insights, Category Management, or similar functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.

Preferred Qualities

- Understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and brand performance analysis.
