Client Relations Specialist

Remote — Mexico | $1,050 USD Starting Monthly Compensation, $1,350 USD After 60 Days

Are you naturally great at building relationships with people?

Do you enjoy connecting with clients, earning their trust, solving problems, and helping people follow through on important commitments—even when the process becomes challenging?

At Euclid File Solutions, we're looking for intelligent, personable, hardworking professionals who can combine exceptional relationship-building skills with strong organization, technical proficiency, and personal accountability.

You'll help U.S. clients navigate important financial claims, build their trust, coordinate documentation, and take ownership of moving their cases forward.

This is not a sales or traditional customer service position. You'll manage ongoing client relationships, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and take responsibility for much more than simply making phone calls.

Position Overview

- Position: Client Relations Specialist
- Starting Level: Trainee Claim Processor
- Location: Fully remote — applicants must reside in Mexico
- Client Market: United States
- Engagement: Independent contractor
- Starting Compensation: $1,050 USD per month for the first 60 days, then $1,350 USD per month if retained beyond day 60
- Expected Service Capacity: Approximately 40 hours per week, coordinated with U.S. client and operational needs
- English Requirement: C2-level or equivalent near-native spoken and written fluency — mandatory
- Training: Structured online learning through TalentLMS, followed by practical application and supervised claims work

What You'll Actually Do As a Claims Processor, you'll be responsible for helping clients navigate the documentation and administrative requirements necessary to move their claims toward resolution.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Build strong client relationships. Speak directly with U.S. clients by phone, establish trust, answer routine questions, and make clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the claims process.
- Obtain information and documentation. Explain what clients need to provide, why it's necessary, and how they can obtain it.
- Follow up proactively. Contact clients to obtain outstanding documents, follow through on commitments, and find practical ways to overcome obstacles preventing progress.
- Complete administrative requests. Navigate online systems, complete forms, and request official records such as birth certificates, death certificates, and other supporting documents.
- Manage a portfolio of claims. Track multiple cases at different stages, understand what each case needs next, and prioritize work appropriately.
- Maintain accurate CRM records. Document client conversations, update case statuses, organize information, schedule follow-ups, and ensure important tasks and deadlines are not overlooked.
- Communicate and coordinate. Work with internal team members and, when authorized, communicate with relevant external agencies or representatives.
- Handle problems professionally. Address routine client concerns, identify practical next steps, and escalate specialized legal, procedural, or sensitive issues to leadership when appropriate.
- Keep clients informed. Provide appropriate progress updates, maintain client confidence, and ensure clients understand what is happening with their claims.

You will not be expected to make independent legal determinations or provide legal advice. Specialized decisions are handled through established procedures and leadership support. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

We're looking for people with a particular combination of interpersonal ability, intelligence, discipline, and initiative.

1. Exceptional English Communication — Nonnegotiable

You must speak and write English at a C2 or equivalent near-native professional level.

You should be able to converse naturally with American clients, understand everyday expressions, build personal rapport, explain unfamiliar situations clearly and simply, and confidently navigate sensitive or frustrating conversations.

Being conversational in English, or simply able to communicate in a professional setting, is not sufficient for this position.

A particular accent or native-English-speaking background is not required. Your presente fluency and ability to connect with clients are what matter.

1. Outstanding People Skills

You genuinely enjoy working with people. You're friendly, personable, empathetic,

and capable of establishing trust. You don't just complete transactions; you build relationships that make clients want to cooperate and feel confident in the work you're doing.
1. Strong Intelligence and Learning Ability

You're a fast learner who can absorb unfamiliar information, understand processes, ask thoughtful questions, and apply new knowledge. You don't need everything explained repeatedly. You're resourceful, curious, and willing to take responsibility for your own development.
1. Strong Computer and CRM Proficiency

You're highly comfortable working on a computer, managing multiple applications, using spreadsheets and documents, navigating online forms, and learning software systems. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate digital records, tracking tasks, and managing client information. Previous CRM experience is strongly preferred.
1. Organization and Attention to Detail

You can manage multiple cases, competing priorities, documentation requirements, and follow-up deadlines without losing track of important information.
1. Persistence and Personal Accountability

You take ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing individual tasks. If a client doesn't respond, you follow up appropriately. If something is unclear, you investigate or ask for guidance. If an obstacle arises, you work toward a solution.
1. Resilience and Consistency

You're comfortable with a demanding workload, repeated follow-ups, and occasional difficult client conversations. You maintain a professional attitude, accept feedback, and consistently follow through on your responsibilities.

A Realistic Look at the Position

We believe candidates should understand the actual work before accepting the opportunity.

This is an active, demanding, client-facing position requiring sustained attention, organization, and consistent effort.

You'll spend substantial time speaking with clients, following up on missing documents, working within our CRM, completing administrative requests, and addressing obstacles.

Not every client will be responsive. Some will be frustrated. Some processes will take longer than expected, and certain tasks will require repeated follow-up.

As you become fully proficient, you'll manage a substantial portfolio of claims. Experienced processors currently coordinate approximately 130–160 cases across different stages. Some require frequent active work, while others require monitoring and periodic client updates. This is a mature caseload, not an expectation for your first weeks.

Success means remaining organized, building strong client relationships, and consistently moving work forward.

We provide structured training, defined procedures, and support for unfamiliar or specialized issues. However, we expect you to learn quickly, be proactive, take initiative, and become increasingly independent.

If you're looking for a quiet back-office role with minimal client interaction, limited responsibility, or very little follow-up, this position is probably not the right fit.

If you enjoy being productive, helping people, learning new skills, and taking ownership of important work, you may find this role extremely rewarding.

Qualifications

Required:

- C2-level or demonstrably equivalent near-native spoken and written English.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple applications confidently.
- Ability to learn CRM systems, maintain accurate digital records, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to learn complicated information quickly and apply it independently.
- Comfort with frequent client phone calls and proactive follow-up.
- Approximately 40 hours of weekly service availability, coordinated with U.S. operational needs.
- Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable environment for professional client calls.

Preferred:

- A completed university degree in any field.
- Previous customer service, client relations, account management, operations, or administrative experience.
- Experience using CRM software,

customer-management systems, or digital workflow tools.
- Experience handling demanding customer interactions or managing several responsibilities simultaneously.

We value university education because it can demonstrate the ability to learn within a structured environment, complete challenging objectives, and maintain long-term commitments. However, exceptional candidates without a degree who demonstrate comparable ability and professionalism will also be considered.

A law degree, legal experience, or previous claims-processing experience is not required, but always preferred.

Training and Your First 60 Days

Every new Claims Processor begins with a structured, paid 60-day training and qualification period.

You'll complete coursework through TalentLMS, our online learning management system, including lessons, knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and supervised application of claims-processing procedures.

This training requires independent study, attention to detail, and the ability to absorb and apply new information—similar to completing an intensive online professional course.

The first 60 days are also an opportunity to demonstrate your communication skills, learning ability, consistency, organization, and suitability for long-term responsibilities.

Continued engagement beyond the initial 60 days is performance-dependent and is not guaranteed.

Candidates selected to continue beyond day 60 will automatically advance to Junior Claim Processor compensation of $1,350 USD/month, effective from day 61.

Compensation and Career Progression

All compensation is established and paid in U.S. dollars.

- Trainee Claim Processor: $1,050 USD/month
- Junior Claim Processor: $1,350 USD/month
- Associate Claim Processor: $1,650 USD/month
- Senior Claim Processor: $2,000 USD/month

Advancement beyond Junior depends on demonstrated proficiency, consistent performance, independence, and the level of responsibility you're capable of managing. Promotions are based on ability and performance, not simply tenure.

We want motivated professionals who take their development seriously and want to be rewarded as their capabilities and responsibilities increase.

Our Hiring Process

Our selection process is designed to evaluate practical skills rather than credentials alone.

- Application Review: We'll assess your qualifications, experience, and essential requirements.
- Hireflix Video Interview: Selected applicants will receive an invitation to complete a recorded video interview conducted entirely in English. This allows us to evaluate communication skills, professionalism, problem-solving, and client-facing abilities.
- Practical Assessment: Candidates advancing may complete realistic exercises involving client communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- Live Interview: Finalists will participate in multiple live discussions to further evaluate communication skills, experience, and suitability for the position.

Please apply only if you genuinely meet the C2-equivalent English requirement and are comfortable with the responsibilities, compensation, and 60-day qualification period described above. If you're exceptionally personable, intelligent, organized, and motivated to develop professionally while helping clients, we encourage you to apply.
