Responsible for increasing the industrial capability and maturity of the organization leading and assisting new operational methods required for the engine maintenance, various problem-solving and continuous improvement action for existing methods.

Manage new industrialization projects through a multidisciplinary team ending with the put in place of a new operational method.

Among your activities you will:

- Manage new industrialization projects through a multidisciplinary team and using Safran Engine Services MRO general tool for process validation ending with the put in place of new operational methods.
- Create and put in place new working documents (for example but not limited to service orders, inspection records, internal fabrication records, working instructions) ensuring external (OEM, customer or authorities) and internal (QMS and SMS) requirements.
- Participate in the development and industrial validation for new maintenance procedures in coordination with Safran Aircraft Engines MRO network and other Safran business units.
- Ensure compliance of the existing operational methods and related working documents to the latest technical documentation.




- Improve and ensure the continuous improvement of the existing operational methods focusing on the organization SQDP targets.
- Ensure technical support of the existing operational methods and working documents.
- Lead and participate in problem solving activities and multidisciplinary groups concluding in effective solutions using Lean philosophy and tools.
- Participate in the evaluation committees which permit the operative personnel release.
- Lead equipment and machinery introduction or requalification needed for operational methods.

Perfil solicitado

Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineer (or similar) with:

- MRO operation awareness and maintenance process flow awareness and interrelation.
- Problem Solving methodologies and tools application and limitations.
- LEAN philosophy and tools (for example but not limited to 5s, poka yoke, root cause analysis) application and limitations.
- OEM, customer or authorities' technical documentation consultation, relation and applicability.
- SMS, HSE fundamentals and human or organizational factors importance and compliance.
- QMS and aeronautical regulations awareness.
- Mindset in Problem Analysis; Quality Focus; Goal Oriented; Self-development; Stress management; Accountability; Decision making.
