As we continue to strengthen our operational capabilities, we are looking for a dedicated Payroll SME to lead and manage our end-to-end blue collar payroll operations in Mexico. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for our manufacturing plant and logistics team members. What you'll be responsible for
- Oversee and execute end-to-end weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles for all blue-collar personnel across plant and distribution operations.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Mexican labor laws, collective bargaining agreements (CBA), overtime calculations, attendance tracking, and statutory obligations (IMSS, Infonavit, FNT, ISR).
- Review and validate time & attendance
