As Pain Jr. Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing,



executing, and monitoring brand strategies that drive sustainable business growth. This role strengthens brand positioning, ensures excellent execution across channels, and delivers consistent and impactful communication to consumers while achieving business objectives.
The role requires strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring excellence in execution.
Main Objective
Support the development and execution of brand strategies by coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of brand activities aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans aligned with business goals and category strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, category performance, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate key business KPIs, including sales performance, market share, penetration, distribution, and profitability.
- Manage product launches, relaunches, and brand support initiatives, ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.
- Manage and track marketing brand budget.
- Support innovation and portfolio management initiatives, from opportunity
