The Detention & Deviation Collector will be responsible for ensuring that all client portals are updated in real-time, while guaranteeing that 100% of available detention charges are collected.

ACTIVITIES:

- Monitor and ensure all portals are updated and live.
- Verify that trackers are requesting detentions in a timely and proper manner.
- Report daily on the amount of detention available for collection versus the presente amount collected.
- Prepare a weekly report on the total detention available for collection versus the actual amount collected.
- Fill out and send detention reports to designated clients.
- Complete the trailer report.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Advanced conversational English
- Collection experience is a plus
- Proactive and outgoing personality
- Strong follow-up and tracking skills
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Team player
- Schedule flexibility
