At MacLean Engineering , we are building the future of underground mining equipment, integrating advanced digital control systems across our integral fleet of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and diesel machinery.

Key Technical Focus

- PLC & Control Programming: CODESYS, Danfoss (LD, ST, SFC, IL).
- Networks & Protocols: CAN bus (CANopen, J1939), Automotive Ethernet.
- Functional Safety: ISO-13849, ISO-21815, ISO 26262, or DO-178C/DO-254 standards.
- Testing & Validation: HIL/SIL environments (dSPACE, Vector, IPG) & V-Model methodology.
- Architecture & Hardware: ECUs,



I/O modules, displays (IFM, Danfoss, ABB), and SysML (MBSE).

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Experience: 5+ years in control systems design, mobile/industrial equipment, or mechatronics development.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken).

First-Year Impact

- Master MacLean’s core product architectures.
- Advance the development of the MacLean Operating System (MOS) .
- Transition autonomous functions from concept to functional PLC software and schematics.
