We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Innovation Lead to drive this evolution across our firm, connecting business strategy with technological solutions that improve performance, strengthen decision-making, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

What will you do?

- Define and lead GVI’s digital transformation roadmap, aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to redesign processes, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
- Develop and implement AI and Generative AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Drive data analytics and business intelligence strategies to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Explore emerging technologies and digital solutions that enhance architectural design, BIM, project delivery, and business operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with executive leadership and teams across the firm.
- Promote digital adoption, organizational change, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate technology investments, manage strategic technology partnerships, and identify opportunities to develop new services and competitive advantages.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Data Science,



Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record leading digital transformation, innovation, or technology initiatives.
- Experience developing and executing digital strategies and leading multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI, process automation, data analytics, business intelligence, systems integration, and digital platforms.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, or creative industries is a plus.
- A master's degree, MBA, or specialization in Digital Transformation, Innovation, Data, AI, or Strategy is desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and BIM/AEC technologies is a plus.
