- Manage and drive sales through Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional product recommendations

- Convert customer inquiries into sales through effective communication and follow-up

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable PCs, laptops, hardware, and technology products

- Monitor product performance, customer interactions, and sales activities

- Support promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives on e-commerce platforms

- Build positive customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer service

- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, products, pricing, and customer requirements





- Work independently in a remote environment and consistently achieve sales targets

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Candidate must be active , to the point and have good analytical skills.
