Conduit is building the infrastructure layer for cross-border payments. We are hiring a Customer Success specialist who will be the primary contact for API and dashboard clients, owning onboarding from kickoff through live transactions, and identifying opportunities to add value.
In this early-stage role you will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Sales, automate repetitive work, and help shape how CS drives revenue and customer success at Conduit.
