About the role of the Chef de Partie - IRD





The Chef de Partie – In‑Room Dining is responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of dishes specific to the in‑room dining service. This role ensures that all culinary standards are met with precision, consistency, and high attention to detail, providing guests with exceptional dining experiences in the comfort of their accommodations.

What You Will Do
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items specific to in‑room dining according to resort standards.
- Support the broader operations of the Main Kitchen as required, while primarily focusing on In‑Room Dining service.
- Lead and support junior kitchen staff during service to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely food preparation.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared on time and according to dietary requirements, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with Room Service staff to coordinate timely delivery and accommodate guest requests.
