Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, develop, and execute a cutting-edge cocktail menu featuring signature creations and expertly crafted classics.
- Source and evaluate spirits, mixers, and garnishes, developing relationships with suppliers.




- Create detailed recipes and preparation guides for all menu items.
- Conduct virtual training sessions and develop resources for bar staff to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems and procedures for bar supplies.
- Monitor beverage costs and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Stay ahead of mixology trends, techniques, and emerging spirits worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations for beverage preparation.
- Collaborate with management to create themed beverage promotions and special events.

Requirements

- Extensive experience as a Head Bartender, Bar Manager, or Lead Mixologist, with a strong portfolio of original cocktail creations.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, liqueurs, and non-alcoholic ingredients.
- Proven ability to develop innovative and balanced cocktail recipes.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and menu engineering for bar programs.
- Excellent understanding of mixology techniques and presentation styles.
- Strong virtual communication, training, and leadership skills.
