We are looking for an HR leader who thinks beyond Human Resources and understands the business behind every decision.

At Pulso DP | Executive Search & Head Hunting , we are partnering with a leading German Tier 1 automotive company to identify a highly experienced, strategic, and business-driven HR Manager .

We are seeking a leader who can act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Plant Manager , working closely with the Plant Management Team and General HR Leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and sustainable business results.

? YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪️ Act as a Strategic Business Partner to the Plant Manager , influencing critical business and organizational decisions.

▪️ Collaborate closely with the Plant Management Team, driving results through cross-functional leadership and effective communication.

▪️ Align HR strategies with the company's financial performance, operational KPIs, and business objectives .

▪️ Lead organizational restructuring, workforce optimization, and change management initiatives.

▪️ Manage complex labor relations, union negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements.

▪️ Drive HR digital transformation, including the implementation and optimization of HR systems and processes.

▪️ Promote a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✅ Proven HR Management experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environments, as a HR Manager minimum 5 years.

✅ Strong career stability and a consistent track record of measurable business achievements.

✅ Extensive experience managing unionized plants, labor negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements .

✅ Experience reporting to Plant Management and working within global HR reporting structures,



including senior international HR executives.

✅ Strong business acumen, financial understanding, and analytical decision-making capabilities.

✅ Proven experience leading organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives .

✅ Hands-on experience implementing HR systems, with strong knowledge of SAP and SAP SuccessFactors .

✅ Advanced English proficiency (essential).

✅ Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

✅ Hands-on leadership style, with strong involvement in manufacturing operations and business performance.
