Copeland—a general climate technologies company—seeks an Order Entry Specialist for our Guadalajara team. You will manage quotes and orders through Oracle and JDE, file profiles, and index documents in Onbase, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

You will track shipping dates in Oracle, acknowledge orders and assist CSRs during transitions, training, vacations and peak periods while communicating effectively with internal teams and customers.
