This is an exciting opportunity to work on software that controls and monitors connected hardware , including washer/dryer and IoT-related systems.

? POSITION: QA Analyst

? LOCATION: Mexico City, Mexico

? WORK ARRANGEMENT: On-Site (Col. Bosques de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX)

? SCHEDULE: Full-time availability required — exact schedule will be provided later in the process

? SALARY: TO BE DISCLOSED UPON CONTACT

? GEOGRAPHY: Mexico – Mexico City

? CONTRACT: Long-Term Contract

? EQUIPMENT: Will be provided

? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

? Software Testing

- Design and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing
- Conduct exploratory testing and identify edge cases
- Validate software functionality against requirements and user stories

? Defect Management

• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA

- Provide detailed reproduction steps and testing results
- Retest fixes and support software releases

? Hardware & IoT Integration

- Test software controlling or monitoring connected hardware
- Support software/hardware integration testing
- Identify issues involving IoT systems and connected devices

? Analysis & Documentation

- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports





• Maintain QA documentation using Confluence

- Identify opportunities to improve testing coverage and QA processes

? Team Collaboration

- Work closely with developers and technical stakeholders
- Communicate quality concerns and technical findings clearly
- Contribute to continuous improvement throughout the SDLC

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ 1–3 years of professional QA/software testing experience

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field

? Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

? Ability to identify edge cases and think beyond "happy path" testing

? Experience with JIRA

? Experience with Confluence

?️ Advanced English — C1

⭐ PLUS: Hands-on experience in at least ONE of these areas:

? SQL — Complex queries for data validation/backend testing

? API Testing — Postman, REST Assured, or similar

? Mobile Testing — iOS and/or Android

? Test Automation — Automation frameworks and methodologies

? Tableau — QA reporting and data visualization

? NICE TO HAVE

⚙️ Selenium, Cypress, or Appium

? Python, Java, or C#

☁️ CI/CD and DevOps practices

? Embedded systems or IoT devices

? Networked devices and protocols

? Performance testing

? Agile/Scrum experience
