? WE’RE HIRING: Licensing & Training Coordinator

? Full-Time | Wednesday to Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

? Days off: Monday and Tuesday

Are you passionate about training, coaching, and helping people achieve their professional goals? We’re looking for a proactive and organized Licensing & Training Coordinator to guide candidates through licensing requirements, exam preparation, and certification processes.

? Key Responsibilities

- Guide and support candidates throughout the licensing and certification process.
- Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, and study groups.
- Coach and motivate learners to improve exam readiness and performance.
- Monitor progress, completion rates, engagement, and exam pass rates.
- Develop study guides, quizzes, educational materials, and training resources.
- Coordinate virtual sessions using Zoom and other digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate training records and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve learning outcomes, retention, and training processes.
- Leverage AI tools and digital learning platforms to enhance the learning experience.

✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, teaching, coaching, Learning & Development, education, or a related field.
- Strong communication,



presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting learners, employees, students, or trainees.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of training initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and online learning or assessment platforms.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience in corporate training, onboarding, academic coaching, or instructional coordination.
- Background in financial services, insurance, licensing, or compliance training.
- Experience preparing adult learners for exams or professional certifications.
- Familiarity with Kahoot or similar learning engagement tools.

Salario mínimo mensual: MXN $1,565 Salario máximo mensual: MXN $1,740

? Compensation: Monthly contractor compensation, based on the applicable country rate.
