Logistics Services Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Services Manager with strong experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) to lead and optimize logistics operations, warehouse management, distribution services, and customer relationships.

The idóneo candidate will have proven experience managing complex logistics operations within a 3PL environment, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires a strategic leader capable of managing multiple operational processes, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily 3PL operations, including warehousing, inventory management, distribution, and logistics services.
- Lead and manage operational teams to ensure productivity, efficiency, and service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
- Manage relationships with customers, transportation providers, vendors, and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational standards.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and operational costs.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational best practices.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and operational objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous management experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, distribution, and transportation coordination.
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and logistics performance indicators.
- Proven ability to manage operational budgets, optimize costs, and improve productivity.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Experience in cross-border logistics and international supply chain operations is a plus.
