Ethnik Living is a furniture and home decor brand creating distinctive pieces for thoughtfully

designed spaces. We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Paid Media Specialist to own

campaign execution, improve customer acquisition, and scale profitable growth.

This is a hands‑on role for someone with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google

Ads, strong creative judgment, and experience managing substantial budgets for DTC brands in

the US market. You’ll work across paid acquisition and retention, connecting advertising

performance with creative strategy, brand positioning, and the customer journey.

What You’ll Do
- Own the setup, launch, management, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest.
- Bring expert‑level execution to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, testing, and scaling.
- Build and manage media plans, allocate budgets across channels, and adjust spend based on performance and business priorities.




- Manage prospecting and retargeting strategies that acquire new customers efficiently and support profitable growth.
- Stay current with platform changes, advertising formats, and new opportunities worth testing.

Creative Strategy & Brand Direction
- Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, hooks, messaging, offers, and formats that drive results.
- Translate performance data into clear creative briefs and actionable feedback.
- Build a structured creative testing roadmap and identify what works, why it works, and what to test next.
- Understand how brand positioning, visual direction, and storytelling influence advertising performance.
- Keep campaigns consistent with Ethnik Living’s identity while adapting creative to each platform.

Email & SMS Marketing
- Use Klaviyo and Postscript to build, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns and automated flows.
- Develop segmentation and testing strategies that improve conversion, repeat
