Oracle ERP / EPM System Administrator

Location: Remote / Mexico

Experience: 5+ years in enterprise financial systems, including 3+ years with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and 2+ years with Oracle Cloud EPM

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP / EPM Systems Administrator to manage, configure, secure, and maintain our Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM environments.

The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, EPM administration, financial integrations, security management, and reporting . This role will serve as a key technical partner to Finance, Accounting, and FP&A;, ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial systems while supporting financial close, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and configure Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including financial modules, planning, consolidation, and account reconciliation.
- Manage EPM metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Maintain ERP and EPM security, user roles, access provisioning, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
- Manage ERP-to-EPM integrations, data loads, mappings, and financial data reconciliation.
- Automate recurring administrative tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs .
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled processes, integrations, workflows, and application performance.
- Manage Oracle ERP quarterly updates and EPM monthly updates, including impact assessments, regression testing, and production readiness.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, as well as budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A;, IT, and Oracle Support to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
- Maintain system documentation and support audit, compliance, and change management requirements.

Required Skills & Experience





- 5+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise financial systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM , including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation and Close, or Account Reconciliation.
- Experience with EPM metadata and dimension management, business rules using Calculation Manager, and form and report maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with EPM Data Integration / Data Management , including ERP-to-EPM data loads, mapping, and reconciliation.
- Experience with EPM Automate and/or REST APIs for automation.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security administration, custom roles, data security, and segregation of duties.
- Experience with Oracle update cycles, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFdi, and import/interface processes .
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts, financial close, consolidation, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- English B2+ or higher.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Financial Reporting Studio, Management Reporting, Narrative Reporting, and Smart View .
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL-aligned incident and change management.
- Experience in real estate, property management, multifamily, or student housing.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials, Planning, Consolidation and Close, or Applications Security.

Additional Requirements

- Availability aligned with US Central Time business hours .
- Flexibility to support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, planning cycles, and scheduled maintenance windows, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- A detail-oriented, proactive approach to system reliability, financial data integrity, security, and troubleshooting.
